Selling Your Home
Preparing your house for
sale...
A house with impressive "Curb Appeal" could say
buy me to that client
that drives up with the real estate agent to view it. Homes
that "sparkle" sell faster than neighboring properties
that are shabby and rundown. Properties with Pride of Ownership
stand away from other competing "Homes for Sale"in
the marketplace which represent a lack of care and maintenance. They
sell faster and usually bring a much higher sales price. The
perspective home buyer feels comfortable and is reassured
in knowing that the home has been been maintained with love
and should therefore result in fewer problems. It is important
that you as a homeseller take the time and effort necessary
to prepare your home for "visitors" for their first
impression is most important and lasting. Remember that you
only get one chance to make a first impression. A buyer relies
heavily on the first few moments spent as a "visitor"
in your home. The first few weeks of a listing are very important
to you as a home seller and worth the preparation required
to ready your house for sale.
