2. I will Mail or E-mail to you the results of my findings, showing what I feel is the range of market value of your home. Any amenities that you have included with your home will adjust your price accordingly.
3. I will schedule an appointment to preview your home and discuss the lising with you.
4. I will discuss the home selling process with you.
5. I will prepare an Estimated Sellers Proceeds Analysis for you and go over all of the costs with you.
6. I will then start to market your home.
